The objective of this process would be to regulate the look and inspecting upkeep of equipments and machines while applying procedure for production industry. The constant maintenance would be to minimize and stop from unpredicted occurrences brought on by machines influencing the program and schedule of production.
This procedures include steps the following:
1. Necessity of equipment maintenance:
Because of the fact is the fact that upkeep of machines and equipments is essential towards the implementation of production industry, so the necessity of machines maintenance is to establish to get rid of and stop from unpredicted occurrences by machines and equipments that could affect towards the plan and progress of production.
2. Making listing of equipments
All machines and equipments which are working are conforming to needs of production. The constant maintenance will coordinate along with other Heads of departments (HODs) to create a listing of each equipment for checking, getting ready to replace, or repairing to undergo Technical department for approval.
3. Creating a schedule of analysis:
In line with the machines and equipments which are using and depending the capacities and purpose of specialized equipments, the constant maintenance creates a schedule of analysis accordingly identifying the machines that provide needs of practical products and provide schedule of maintenance periodically or regularly maintained based on frequency of utilizing.
4. Implementation of Analysis:
According to plan of analysis, the constant maintenance department will investigate machines and equipment and record clearly:
o The period of time used
o The period of time maintained formerly
o Trouble shootings earlier.
o Status of machines and equipments.
o Need repairing, replacing or maintenance.
5. Making schedule of maintenance:
After analysis and examination, the constant maintenance department will evaluate the frequency of utilizing of every machine in order to create a schedule of specific maintenance for every type of machine and equipment.
